The hotel is an asset of Memar Development & Investment Company and is an extension of its strategic partnership with Rotana, which includes several hotels as part of an integrated expansion plan. The hotel is Memar’s second project to open in collaboration with Rotana after “Nova M Edge by Rotana“, which opened in late 2024, as part of a long-term vision that reflects the depth and continuity of the relationship between the two sides.
